A large group of coworkers come to this Kelsey’s location regularly. In the past service and food has been average but has more recently gone down hill. This evening we attended after 10pm with a group of 15 people, the restaurant was empty. All was...fine until the food was served. One person never received their food because the kitchen forgot until she reminded them. Another person ordered chicken fingers which were tiny, and not a normal portion size. Finally, one person had a hair in her food. When bringing it to the attention of the waitress she apologized and sent over the manager. The manager had nothing really to say and offered no apology. When receiving the bill she was not even compensated for her food! This was brought to the attention of the waitress as being unacceptable and was then finally given to her for free. Any other restaurant would have apologized many times and immediately compensated the bill. It took over an hour to receive and pay for the bills. Overall a bad experience and we will be switching restaurants for our future staff gatherings.
