I have a V.I P. client in town for few days , it is her last day in Vancouver , my partner and I choose the Ancora Water font for dinner , (over Earls ) they have another location on False Creek , I ate...there lot of time , special the Happy Hours ,I know their quality is excellent , they do not take reservations for patio , hostess so nice got us a lovely tablet enough for six people ! my client so impress about the elegant ambiance about the restaurant , oh she love the amazing out door dinning, She is so fussy worst them me ! she told me she do not eat meat , she want me to do the ordering , I choose the Ancora Glacier for four , wow , very fresh premium oyster , the sashimi is perfect cut and with the right temperature , the extra Acevedo roll taste great ad the rice not soft at all , her Sablefish is out of theses word , their best signature dishes I seen , fresh ingredients , the presentations like Iron Chef style ! very creative and colourful , it is a classic , she love every bite , my Ribeye (MR ) very tender grilled it yo perfection , my partners also love their meal, service very professional ,our wine glass never empty , she want me to promise her next time in Vancouver , she want to come here for all her Lunch and Dinner ! she love these place . best over all , she just so happy and full , and sings the deal just like that !
