To cutdown food waste and save money, it seems like abandon à la carte menu is the trend across high end restaurants. I am not sure if Toronto eaters are ready for this trend. I personally had been to this restaurant 3 times. The latest was the Tues of this week, I love to take a friend there next week however which means I am going to have to repeat the food I already had. I always have to wait till they have a new menu coming.
