I received my order that I placed over the phone and I received the wrong side. I have sensitivity to the oil used and I received fries. I called to speak to someone regarding this, and after being hung up on several times, I was...put through to a manager who was insufferable. He had no sense of care or understanding. He offered me $5.00 on a $20 order. He then asked if I have ever been to his restaurant and asked that I go to the location so I could be compensated. Confused I said, why would I have to go there when I received an order I can’t eat. Having worked at a Swiss Chalet, I know that it is common for the take out orders to not receive the same level of care because they know it won’t really come back to the kitchen and there is no real consequence. I am never one to get this frustrated with people in the service industry, I recognize it can be tough. But the lack of customer service is baffling. Refuse to support this location.
