Have been on a mission for several years now to find the perfect Bouillabaisse in Toronto and Nord wins out every time. Our homemade concoctions have been very good, with lots of saffron and fresh fish from Osler Fish Market, but there is something elusive...about the Nord version that keeps us coming back.
