Very rarely do you encounter a business that is truly special. I had the pleasure of trying some incredibly good white tea at The Chinese Tea Shop. Daniel, the owner, knows his tea. He will teach you the correct way to brew it and the...proper way to serve. He will not sell you anything low quality. I'd definitely recommend checking the shop out if you are in Chinatown.
