I have not been to every sushi place but sushi palace on poirier has the freshest dishes every time I go. From the salad to the sushi to the noodle dishes, they all look and taste so fresh. My favourite is the escargot with cheese....Certain dishes like this one are so unique and tasteful that are offered only on weekends. This sushi should be tried once and compare to the others. For my money, this tops them all.
