Stayed at the Day's Inn and needed a quick breakfast before cab came to take us to the airport. Chelsea's is in the basement of the Days Inn. Very clean and cozy atmosphere, quick service. Lots of food. I had hash with poached eggs on...top. Lots of hash. It was good. Wife ordered Chelsea's Croissant. It was delicious! It had scrambled eggs, smoked fish, and other goodies in it. She could only eat half, so I got the rest. I would eat there again if I ever return to downtown Vancouver. Good food at a good price.
