Our family was invited here for dinner and had been here a few times. It was the first time we had several seafood entrees. My favourite was lobster in a tasty sauce. Runner up was the seafood fried rice. A nice touch with roe mixed...into the rice. There were also bits of shrimp. Other tasty dishes were: abalone with pea shoots (tender abalone); 'e' mein (noodles cooked to perfection with bits of Chinese mushroom); squab (plenty of meat and cooked just right); snow peas with steamed scallops (veggies cooked perfectly); crab claws (good size and tasty); steamed fish with soya sauce (cooked a bit too long); and appy starter with assorted cooked meats. We received the complimentary tapioca pie, walnut cookies and sesame seed deep fried balls. Everything was yummy. A place to go after a day at the PNE or a short drive from the North Shore. Restaurant is off East Hastings and Victoria Drive. Good food without the high prices elsewhere. A family favourite among the locals.
