We came to Quebec city on 12/30 and were staying at Hotel Frontenac. There was nowhere to eat at the hotel without reservation. Due to icy conditions we did not want to go roaming the streets. The concierge called the restaurant and they had an...opening. The meal was delicious and the staff was very attentive. Since the next day was New Years Eve we asked if they could seat us again. They found an opening for us. The menu was a special one the next day. They staff spent a lot of time making sure we were content and explaining some of the items we were not familiar with, As everything in the Old City it was very quaint. Would definitely return again. Very relaxing culinary experience. The only thing I didn't like were the French fries.
