We had a very tasty dinner here while in Victoria. The place is nothing special to look at from the outside and there were not a lot of people in when we arrived. We decided to chance it and sat down. Our server was nice...but seemed confused when we asked for a beer, said they were out while I could see the next table over had one. We ordered tea and then she said, yes, she would get us a beer, odd. We had freshly made, piping hot spring rolls, a spicy chicken with peanuts and a fantastic beef with cilantro. I was pleasantly surprised with how good the food was. We did hear the cook in the back so clearly everything was made on the spot. So ignore the decor and come for the food!More
