We ordered our food online at 6 and from 7-8:45 we tried calling and calling but no answer so we called another Pizza Hut to have them tell us they have no clue what’s going on because customers have been calling their location cause there...not getting food nor are they answer the phone at the location in Kanata. Finally 3 hours later the driver rings the bell, he was kind and apologized many times and asked if the store called us and we told him no and in fact the store wouldn’t answer the phones. He tells us they ran out of dough which ok I understand since its game night and being COVIS but really come on have the respect of calling your customers and letting us know so we can make other arrangements if need be especially if we are a family looking to feed our little ones. Not offering anything is just as bad WOWWWWWWMore
