My spouse and I were walking down Corydon looking for place to eat dinner, when we stopped to looked at the menu of La Scala. It is a somewhat unassuming place since it is below a clothing store. But we were very pleased with our...experience. Chef Perry came over and gave us some insight into the menu and explained the special. We started with the dumplings, which were very good. My wife ordered the Cioppino, (seafood soup). I order the special which was a portion of chicken, stuffed with goat cheese, prosciutto, arugula, some other tasty ingredients, The seafood soup was loaded with salmon, shrimp, scallops, mussels, and other delicious morsels. Chef Perry came over a few times to ensure we were happy with the food. We will definitely be back! It would also be a great place to host a party, since there is a bar and lounge area as part of the restaurant..
