We were pleasantly surprised to discover Nile River in the heart of Little Italy, They mix authentic Egyptian food with a classic burgers and fries menu. We've been a few times and stick with the middle eastern dishes but always get the crispy fries. Recommend...especially the smoky baba ghanoush with fluffy pitas and the fried spicy liver. They finally got a liquor license and have a charming patio right on College St. Good for families with kid friendly options on the burger menu. Prices are decent and the guys who run it are welcoming and concerned with your happiness.
