What a rip-off! The worst Mexican food I have ever eaten in my life. I arrived and sat down. The two waitresses first served several tables who were seated after me. I had to hail one. I ordered ice water and the 2 chicken enchiladas...and salad with avocado on top from the Lunch menu. It was the worst Mexican food I have had in my life. The chicken was balls of hard rubbery something that didn't taste like chicken. It tasted slightly of cinnamon. The tortillas were incredibly thick. There was no sour cream as shown in the photo. The green sauce was horrible. The avocado was not as bountiful as in the photo. There were only 2 small pieces of avocado. The dry salad was comprised of lettuce, long strips of red pepper, very very long withered strips of carrot --- impossible to eat with a fork --- and no dressing of any kind. I felt ill eating it. I told the waitress I couldn't eat the salad and asked for a discount because the long strips made it inedible. I told her it was the worst Mexican food I have ever eaten. She looked at me and told me she is Mexican and she thinks it's really good. I've been in Mexico about 7 times, once for 6 months. She had dead-fish eyes. No courtesy. Nada. I was presented with the bill. I assessed a $1 discount on the lunch. I had eaten maybe 2 forkfuls of the dry salad. On the way to the Skytrain, I recognized a customer who was in the restaurant at the same time I was. She said she ate there quite often, but today the service and food was off. She ordered a chicken taco and received a potato taco. Those waitresses are dumb, dumber, and dumbest.
