Terrible service. Sat down, ordered food 30 mins later, then food for half our group of 6 came 70 mins later (for a small restaurant and everyone ordering sausages in buns, this is ridiculous). The waitress came to our table to ask how everything was,...and we reminded her that half of our table didn't have food. She said 'oh...' and disappeared, them avoided eye contact when nearby. I walked up to the person who looked like the manager, they apologized and offered us shots. When our food finally came, the orders were incorrect. Then my friends wanted to order a beer, a different waitress started tending to us, and cut them off while they were ordering to tell them about this super raspberry porter. They said 'ok, why not', but then she disappeared for 25 mins before the beers came. Wtf!? When the bills came, half were incorrect, and waitress #1 shows up, looking a little disheveled, grabs everyone's receipts from their hands and rips them up on the table! Waitress #2 tries to resolve this, and at this point all we want to do is leave. But then she gives a bill to a friend that ordered the daily meal+beer special, and charged her for the one beer she ordered, having neglected to tell her when she ordered that her particular beer wasn't part of that deal. I've never not tipped before, but this meal was such a mess, and the staff were so entirely incompetent and inconsiderate that I felt fine tipping 0%... Ouch. I hope these guys get their act together because the sausages were tasty.
