Wow. What a pleasant surprise. We hadn’t planned to dine at Tryst but had to adjust when our other plans fell though. Staff was friendly and accommodating and the service was casual but attentive. We had the meatball special and smoked tomato soup and both were luscious and flavourful. But it was the pork shoulder lettuce wraps that blew us away, especially the combination of accompaniments like the rhubarb hoisin relish. Very highly recommended. We will be back to try the rest of the menu.
