Ordered #83 Chicken Chow Mein, but they forgot to put spice/salt/any flavoring. I called back 23 hours later because we spent the rest of the night across the city. I tried to explain that they forgot the spice (we ordered this dish two weeks earlier,...so we knew this wasn't what the dish was supposed to taste like). The girl said, "Honestly, that dish is bland. You should have called yesterday, then we could've done something." I'm really disappointed that the staff would argue against a customer's taste buds AND talk down their own food. Very disappointed in how simple this would have been to remake the dish to keep me as a long-term customer.
