I went not expecting more than a few bites of sushi. Wow was I wrong. We were adventurous and tried the cod, lobster and sea bass. Everything was exceptionally creative in preparation and presentation. One of the best meals of my life. Not cheap but...the quality is superb. Service was fabulous. Jessica is incredibly helpful and attentive. Chef Olivier who is the most humble chef I have ever met came around to say hello. By far the best restaurant in Montreal that I have ever eaten at. Others may praise Toque or Joe Beef but they are nothing compared to this place.
