I brought my friend to the Auberge because he loves dressing up, and I do too. We both showed up before opening time, dressed up in medieval attire. We were greeted with an amusing Old French accent. We were seated in a nice spot, next...to the window, with a view on all that was going on in the restaurant. The servers were very nice and knowledgeable. My friend is vegetarian, and there's only two vegetarian options on the menu. He was amazingly surprised how flavourful his meal was, and oh so filling. I didn't really know what to order so I asked the server to surprise me. I got some boar ribs and I think it was a duck leg. It was tasty. And the potatoes are the best! We couldn't order dessert because we were too full. The entertainers were very friendly. The music was enjoyable. If we closed our eyes hard enough, we could think we were in the 16th century. ;) Note, they charge an extra 6$ per person on the bill for the entertainment. The Auberge is different, fun, unique and it feels like we're all family and friends when we go there, even it you don't know anyone. It's like you can't not be in a festive mood when you go there.
