Tips: This is a neighborhood restaurant; menus are in French only; Alejandra can speak to you in Spanish or French, not English; bring cash or a chip enabled debit card, as American banks are slow to replace their chipless debit cards. This restaurant was populated with locals; my recollection is it closes early. Am looking forward to returning to Quebec City so my family can enjoy other dishes and the warmth of Deli-Mex.
