Every time my friend is in town from Victoria, we visit Tatsu and then go for ice cream. I was introduced to the restaurant by one of my suppliers at work, and have been back numerous times in the last couple of years. The sushi...has such an amazing quality, but even better is the presentation of it all. The rolls are provided with olives, even some fruits, and arranged in such a way that you just know that it's a delicacy! Check out the pictures for a sample! I would most definitely recommend this as my number one sushi restaurant to visit in Vancouver.
