Ramen Danbo offers a very authentic Japanese Ramen experience. The service is quick, meant to be in and out like Japan. As it gets busy, you write your own names down at the door , size of party and if you have to remain together...or get split up, common in Japan. The ramen is amazing, the broth is good, noodle texture and the meat. There is customizable options such as broth texture, soft to hard, and broth richness. The gyoza is worth trying, and the prices are very reasonable. Be warned as it is not a big shop, and it gets BUSY. If you love ramen, this is definitely a must visit stop.
