I find the non corporate mom and pop ambience of Victoria Barbecue House Bakery a refreshing change from the ever increasing feel of robotic, cloning corporate stores. These small stores give you a genuine connection to the people who serve you and create the product....You are just another number to large corporations. The food products here are tasty and make a good snack or small lunch. The only down side is this store only takes cash payments. I think they would make more sales if they also take debit cards, credit cards, and make an internet online presence. They are a successful small mom and pop shop and perhaps do not want to grow into another corporate chain and turn into another corporation.? The world is like that in all things. If you want wealth and power, you have to give up some of your soul. If you want to have less wealth and power, you get to keep more of your soul. It depends on what you want more and choose one.
