The special at Meat and Bread when we were there was a Porchetta with Pork Cracklings and Pesto on Chibata Roll. A very simple sandwich that was full of texture and layers of flavor. The meat was cooked perfectly, and the addition of the crunchy...pork cracklings made this sandwich great eats. Service was excellent. When we return to Vancouver we will make Meat and Bread a regular stop for us.
