This used to be a decent place to stop for pho. But in the last two visits, service was completely lacking. Before, service was minimal - the staff would provide a menu, give you tea, ask what you want to order, bring out the food...in a couple of minutes and then give you the bill. The last two visits, we went at 12 noon. Half the tables weren't cleared, and the one or two staff members weren't keeping up with the pace. Other customers (not just us) had to sit ourselves down, wipe up the tables (since they did a poor job cleaning), get our own menus, go to the counter to order our lunch, and then go back to the counter to pay. They're completely understaffed, and having the Jazen Tea drinks doubles or triples the amount of time for an order to get filled, but they haven't adjusted their staff to handle this. And of course, their menu prices have gone up in the process. I would recommend avoiding this location.
