The outside of the location is a bit rundown, which made me wonder if it was still in business or another unoccupied building (especially with the number of homeless outside the entrance). Despite the misgivings (or maybe because of them as I was very curious?)...I went inside. I'm glad I did because the inside is better than the outside. I was the only patron at the time (I get the sense that they do most of their business later on in the evening), so service was prompt and polite. Food was decently average in quality and price. Worth a visit if you're hankering for Chinese.
