A male co-worker & I were the only two interested in lunch this past Fri. Since we were just coming off a lot of Christmas/New Year foods & snacks, we chose to try some Pho at a new venue to us on Main St. west....There is limited free parking in the strip mall and some spots on the adjacent street, but we arrived at approx. 11:50 a.m. and were able to secure a spot in the lot. Inside, we were able to find an empty table & were served fairly quickly. We had to pick our broth/fillings, essentially what soup we wanted that day. Norm chose a beef/brisket soup for approx. $10, while I selected a seafood soup for approx. $12. Our orders arrived in a short time and they were delicious! Norm said that he had plenty of beef & my soup did not skimp on squid, shrimp, mussels etc. but too much bok choy for my liking. We both agreed that our broths were excellent & that any filling would go well in them. We will return one day!More
