After a morning of Christmas shopping, we needed coffee to keep going. Stopped at Tim's for a couple of Road jars. Though it was very busy, the staff kept the lines moving and the coffee flowing. The restaurant area, and especially the restrooms, needed to...be attended to though. The main floors were slush and water covered and presented a definite slip & fall hazard, while the restrooms were pretty messy and needed some immediate attention, again with water on the floor and a lot of refuse on the floors. Yes, they need to keep up with customers, but an accident inside would not be good.
