Asked my daughter where the best place for breakfast in the Glèbe. We went to Wilf and Ada’s and it did not disappoint. We where seated outside on a beautiful sunny morning with a black coffee to start. So far uneventful. I ordered the Blackstone...Benny and this triggered a breakfast event that will go down in the annals of history as one of the great breakfast events of my life. The chive sprinkled hollandaise was perfect texture and taste covering an egg poached by some mythical god with the intuition to know exactly when the white is solid by the yolk is hot but still liquid. Hidden beneath the egg was a slice of Ramiro that tasted like it had been sliced from a tomato that was still attached to the vine along with a chunk of bacon that ….
