I did delivery twice. I will likely fall back on this as my go-to for great noodles and Chinese comfort food. This place reminds me of the great noodle houses in the old chinatown in Toronto where I went to University. All noodles are pulled...by hand and there is NO MSG in the food. The dumplings are a marvel of soft dough engineering. They can be a tiny bit heavy for the green ones but it is SO NICE to get a real hand made dumpling like you had back in school. The noodles are simply- fantastic. As are all the Shaolin specialties. I did the Buddha's Feast the second time around. Crispy and tasty featherlight not greasy fried 'chow mien' style noodles arrived with veggies and tofu and very green crispy broccoli. The beef noddles are the essence of those flat beef noodles ( not rice noodles mind you) passed through the wok with some onions and broccoli and sprouts that are chewy and perfectly cooked. Add hot sauce if you like. The sauces are old school- Chinese dipping with vinegar and another chili garlic black sauce which packs heat. Order the specialties and the noddles either fried or in soup and you can't go wrong.
