Just like the Hotel this restaurant gets Five Stars for its amazing service and accommodating staff. During our hotel stay we did not miss a day at the restaurant. Whether it be a romantic night time dinner, morning breakfast, afternoon snack or an evening night...cap this restaurant mastered the right ambiance, service and food for whatever the occasion. Late afternoons and evenings had a variety of live music to set the right atmosphere and make your dining experience special. The food was impeccably prepared and the presentation was flawless. Unlike many other restaurants you can actually have a conversation without being drowned out by the cacophony of noises in the hard surface echo chambers of many of today's restaurants. We dined all over Vancouver but found Bacchus to be the place that checked all the right boxes!More
