I live in the area so been at this McDonald's location many times and today making it the LAST!!! Absolutely the most crappy service ever, every damn time we go there. Always waiting for fries for way too long,by the time we get them they...are cold, never any dipping sauce for my kids happy meals and never any straws for our drinks. Like I understand if now and then things happen and can have mix ups but seriously every time? Get your stuff together Shelbourne crew!!!! I'm done with your restaurant, I don't mind driving further for better service.
