I've been a big fan of Pho May for years now. The food is delicious, fresh and tasty. The mint is fresh, sprouts crunchy and meat tender. I usually get my bowl of vermicelli within 5 minutes, so great option for lunch if you only...have an hour. If you're a diner that needs a beautiful setting and chatty service, this isn't the place for you. The atmosphere is plain, the place is small and there's nothing fancy around you. But who cares! Love the food. Husband and wife owners are hard-working and friendly. My daughter visited Thailand last year and said that the food at Pho May is definitely authentic. I can't wait to go back after this pandemic is over...but for now, there's take-out.
