They have less 7 location around metro Vancouver , it is a Northern China cuisine , well know for their signature dumplings and noodles , Beef rolls ? it is okay , I find there is no Head office leaderships , every locations is "Hit...and Miss " in food quality and services , we dropped in around 12.30 for lunch , surprised the place almost empty , good size dinning room , wooden floors and tablet and chairs , only one girl walking , looks she do not want to be here , no hallo , no smile , menu had a lot to choose from , pricing very mordant , I find the quality is not the same before the pandemic , it is gone down hill over the last few years , the spicy gingered beef meat is tough , but the spicy salted Squid delicious not oily at all , Kung Pao Chicken tasty , but where is the Chicken ? Chile garlic eggplant do not order , it is swimming with oil , lacking flavour , the best over all is the Shanghai noodle and the dumpling , I understand Norther Cuisine cooked with a lot of garlic , chili , and oily , truly different then Cantonese Dishes , seems every body find there flavour dishes , it is too oily and spice hot for me , I did order the Dan Dan dry noodle , for myself . surprised I like it . once enough for me ,there is so many restaurants around in this area !More
