A group of 6 visited this establishment December 4th. I would not have written a review but talking to one of my friends last night who was there celebrating a birthday with us, I feel I need to inform people about the terrible customer service...and ho hum food. My Fettuccine Alfredo was extremely bland and tasteless, so much so that I had to add salt which I rarely do. After the meal we compared notes about the food and service. It took a very long time to take our orders, and they got one order completely wrong despite us clarifying our choices twice. Out of 6 people, only one thought their meal was delicious, everyone else said it was bland and boring, and most of the food was left uneaten. We were not brought any bread till halfway through the meals, no one brought the parm cheese grater or pepper grinder to give a bit of flavour to a boring meal. An Italian restaurant that doesn't bring bread till asked or offer grated cheese or ground pepper? We had to ask for water which also took a very long time. My friend called the restaurant directly afterwards and spoke to the owner who was not interested and just didn't care. There were having a function in the back room, I guess that was the priority and other diners are not important and there was no offer of anything to make up our very unimpressive and tasteless meals and lack of any attentive service. The waitress was pleasant and she tried, we are not blaming her, but do think the lack of caring from the owner speaks volumes. We will never be back and we will pass on our experience to others.
