Red rockets used to be our go to for great wings. After tonight I'll have to find a new place. First time ordering pick up. I ordered at 145pm to pick up at 530. I arrive was told my order would be a few minutes....30 minutes later I go back into the store after waiting outside to be told my order is ready and that person behind the counter had marked my order number off in error. Get home 25 minutes after 6pm to find I was not given a ceasar salad as I paid for instead coleslaw.   I called the restaurant right back and placed on hold for 10 minutes and the hung up on. I called back and person behind counter aware of issue and wanted to give me a credit. Unacceptable I spoke to manager who was going to have the salade sent to my home, that was at 645. It is now 912pm. No salade. No callback. Difference in combos only a few dollars but Red rockets has stolen money from a customer and delivered very poor service.
