This is a relatively new small restaurant offering Taiwanese cuisine. Their lunch menu is limited but includes a side dish and beverage. I tried their Signature Beef Tendon Noodle Soup. The beef was not of the best quality but marinating it overnight made it tender....The soup was fairly strong and the noodles soft. Overall, this was a new experience for me but one I'd recommend for the not-faint-hearted.
