My wife and our friends took a break from walking around Stanley Park and found Izakaya Gon’s. We ordered the AAA Grilled Beef Stone Bowl, Special Lunch Box and the Kara-age Combo to share amongst five of us. I was blown away by how good...everything tasted. I thought the grilled beef (both the quality and the taste) was outstanding, the Kara-age was succulent and tasty and the tempura was absolutely delicious with great texture. The side dishes were very good as well and I was also very happy with the service and the ambiance of the restaurant I will come back to Izakaya Gon’s when I come back to Vancouver.
