We have driven past this location several times and decided we would give it a try. It was not busy when we arrived and we both ordered the burger on promotion Sriracha burger with pepper jack cheese and onion straws - 1 order with "new"...onion rings and the 2nd order with the "famous" fresh fries. The entire meal was a HUGE disappointment. The burgers were served on ice cold buns, the cheese was not melted, the burger itself was tasteless. As for the "handcut" fries they were nothing of the sort - fresh out of the freezer. The onion rings were overcooked and tasteless as well. I rarely rate any operation as a 1 or terrible but there was nothing to redeem this experience. The condiment tray was empty, the restaurant was freezing so we had to keep our jackets on. Another couple had an issue as well so on our exit we asked what their problem had been. Apparently the fries in his poutine were not cooked. For the cost of this meal without even a beverage we paid over $20 and had to pick up our food. Again not good value compared to full service restaurants. There is a lot of competition in this industry and we have been involved in food service for in excess of 25 years. We talk with our feet and will not return!!More
