BEST in show! Vancouver BC's best poke bowl. Been a while, but FINALLY identified a VERY fine poke bowl in this magnificent city ! We enjoyed a lovely lunch, dine in, @ CARP Sushi 2516 Prince Edward Street, corner East Broadway. My AHI tuna poke...bowl was beautifully marinated FRESH fish complimentary toppings over rice, a balanced dressing lightly acidic, and pretty as a picture. The trio of CONES was equally tasty and FRESH. My dining companion's curry chicken over quinoa lacked depth and she couldn't identify any MEAT in the dish, lose a star....but she enjoyed the MISO soup, BEST she's had in a very long time. Service was so friendly and venue was lovely tidy and comfortable. Priced higher than average, it'd not cheap eats, but QUALITY is very good in the FRESH department, and we would return to try more menu items. recommendedMore
