Worth the effort.
Worth the effort. Best views in Winnipeg. Not the easiest restaurant to get to with a couple of elevator transfers if you use the parkade. Service is friendly and attentive. Menu selection is limited but entrees ordered were excellent. Salad was basic and perhaps weakest part of the meal. The ambience with full 360 views of Winnipeg are well worth the effort.
