We were in the area on a Thursday morning and decided to go to Eggsquis for a late breakfast/early lunch. We were seated promptly upon entering; we were then offered coffee right away. The waitress poured hot delicious coffee into our cups from a thermos...and then left it at our table to self serve refills. The order took longer than at other breakfast places but I have to admit that it was worth the wait. My Club Sandwich was made with grilled chicken breast and came with a generous amount of potatoes, and a salad. It was absolutely delicious but it was impossible for me to finish my plate as the size of the plate was more than generous. My husband had the "Brunch special" which consisted of eggs, crepe, french toast, potatoes, 3 meats, fruit slices, and potatoes and he too had a difficult time finishing his plate. He usually finishes his meal and then picks at food I haven't eaten on my plate (usually potatoes), but this time he passed. Prices are very reasonable - all that delicious food for an average of $13 per plate, plus unlimited coffee? That's impressive! The decor is a tad dated; restaurant needs some sprucing up. Service is decent.
