As most locations are takeout only now and this restaurant has always had a large part of its business as takeout you would think they would have this down to a science by now. On a recent visit we ordered 1 hour in advance to...make sure order would be ready. Upon arrival you need to wait in your vehicle until you see your cellphone # come up on a rolling screen. This is good. We waited till well after our requested time to go in to see what was going on. The woman at the cash was very rude and said to get outside till you see your number. We went out and waited another 15 minutes and tried to go back in to find out what was going on. Again she screamed to leave until you see you number. At this point we refused to leave until she gave us the order. Needless to say she was not happy about this because now other customers were starting to backup outside. She finally gave us the order. No apologies or credit for our wasted time. Been going here since it opened but we are done now.
