Overall the experience was good, and our server was exceptional, but we did wait for 1h45m for our food to come out. Our server did update us that there were several 10 person tables that the kitchen was accommodating so our food would be delayed. Fries came out cold but everything else was outstanding. We had a majority of our bill compensated for the wait, which we were thankful for. As previously an employee in a restaurant, I understand when kitchen gets behind with long parties, I just hope this isn't a regular thing at Smith, as we want to return again. Thank you to our server for her updates, explanations, apologies, and great recommendations.
