Crude humour aside, I stumbled upon Field & Social the other day and loved everything about it. Like many restaurants in Vancouver, F&S has a beautiful minimalist interior with their white walls and wooden tables. The menu is diverse and can be easily altered depending...on allergens and food preferences. I personally get annoyed when someone dissects a dish till its almost unrecognizable but the staff are very patient and understanding (observed an order that was just hysterical and they handled it with grace). Great thing about F&S isn't for the fact that you're about to feel healthy for consuming their salads but the fact you get to actually walk along with the employee and see them make the salad in front of you. Quite interactive and an odd sense of accomplishment when you see the final product. Well done. One last thing to note, whether you are a fan of Kombucha or not, F&S features a rotating tap of Kombucha from Culture Craft Kombucha that is likely one of the best tasting kombucha's I've ever had. Would recommend it to anyone!More
