Visited Bimi yesterday for lunch. Made reservations for 1pm. Place was mostly empty when we arrived. The restaurant is quite roomy with lots of space between tables so you do not feel crowded. The menu was quite large and varied. I found a large selection...that should please most people. There was a very large selection of sushi. I ordered the Dynamite and Spider Rolls, and my daughter had the Kavo Maki. My brother and fiancee went Korean. Stephen had the Stir Fried Squid and Elaine had the Everyday Box. My sushi was great. My shrimp was nice and crunchy, and the soft shelled crab was very tasty. Everyone else said their meals were very good though the stir fry was a bit more spicy than expected. I found the prices reasonable. Now the reason for only 4 and not 5 stars. The service was not very good at all. Because it was not busy , our server (there was only one) did not come by very often. It took a while to take our order. The food did come out a decent time. After that we didn't see to much of her. We were enjoying each others company, so it wasn't too bad, but we did have to wait for 15 minutes for our bill as she totally disappeared. Having said all that, I would return.
