We stopped here for lunch with our family and decided to wait for an outside patio table. We waited about 15 minutes, which would have been longer had the female hostess not took the initiative to clean the table herself because both of the male...waiters were to busy chatting with another patron. We were finally told to sit at the table and after waiting for quite some time for the waiter to either bring a menu or start with our drink order, I decided to get up and leave. It was only then that the waiter even acknowledged we were there. As we were sitting waiting the waiter was being very loud and carrying on with another patron who seemed to get all of his attention. He was swearing and giving his opinion about the 2020 Tokyo Olympic Games for most of the time we stood and waited for the table which I thought was a bit rude especially because there were families with younger children dining at the time. Before that there was him and another male waiter in on the conversation doing more chatting than serving which didn’t bother me until we were seated and ignored. After sitting at our table for a while my husband tired of waiting for the server decided to go to the bathroom. We still got no acknowledgement or menus as we waited, I brought up the menu online so I could get an idea of what to order but after listening to the waiter ramble on I got frustrated and decided I had lost my appetite. I felt bad for the hostess because it was obvious she was picking up the slack for the two chatty waiters. I’m not sure if the food is good but from my experience the customer service is very poor!More
