La tanière is a very unique experience.
La tanière is a very unique experience. You are brought to different “caves” where you eat a series of distinctive dishes. They integrate Quebec culture throughout this experience and provide a lot of explanation as to what you are consuming. The staff are very friendly...and kind. The only disappointment of the evening was that I felt the sommelier didn’t understand my taste for wine and didn’t have the best suggestions. Despite this I overall recommend this restaurant on your next stay in Quebec City !More
