When they screw up and ordered, don't say sorry or try to correct situation. I was a loyal customer there for years, not anymore. If you screw up and order, just correct it. Don't try to argue with the customer. I'm just so shocked how...they treated me after eating there for years. No appology, no trying to correct there mistake, they just didn't care.
